Plana Morro is an old estate located in the Son March area, on the slopes of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, a quiet place with spectacular views. The house\'s furniture is traditional, with some modern decorative touches.

The property is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, we find a living-dining room with a flat-screen TV and DVD player and comfortable leather sofas. From this part of the house, wooden doors give us access to the pool and terrace area, both equipped with outdoor furniture. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and other necessary utensils for this type of accommodation. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a small room where the washing machine is located.

The bedrooms are on the upper floor. There are a total of 4 bedrooms: 1 double, two twin rooms and one single, all with air conditioning. Two bathrooms complete this floor, one of them en-suite. One of the twin bedrooms can be converted into a double using a topper, always upon prior request.

The outdoor area is certainly spacious. Both the covered terrace, fully equipped with outdoor furniture, and the huge Roman-style swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace, from which we can enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains in a completely quiet and idyllic environment, stand out. This beautiful country house is located very close to the village of Pollensa and enjoys magnificent views of the Puig de Maria and the beautiful Serra de Tramontana. The house is of traditional style, has two floors and is ideal for families with children as it has a lovely garden with lawn and private swimming pool.

Once we access the interior of the dwelling, we find the living-dining room, which has comfortable sofas, satellite TV and DVD. From the living room, there is an exit to the covered terrace that leads to the garden area and the swimming pool. There is also a lovely kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. Here you can prepare some fabulous meals or simply enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the beautiful and spacious terrace next to the pool and admiring the views of the lush vegetation for kilometres around.

The bedroom area consists of a master bedroom and three double rooms, all sharing two bathrooms. It is worth noting that there is also an external toilet with a shower. All rooms have air conditioning. Following energy saving and efficiency measures, this villa has programmed air conditioning, which can be used during midday and throughout the night.

The terraces and the garden are perhaps the most outstanding areas of the property; the swimming pool is surrounded by a garden with lawn, palm trees and other native plants of the area.
