Plana Morro is an old estate located in the Son March area, on the slopes of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, a quiet place with spectacular views. The house's furniture is traditional, with some modern decorative touches.
The property is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, we find a living-dining room with a flat-screen TV and DVD player and comfortable leather sofas. From this part of the house, wooden doors give us access to the pool and terrace area, both equipped with outdoor furniture. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and other necessary utensils for this type of accommodation. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a small room where the washing machine is located.
The bedrooms are on the upper floor. There are a total of 4 bedrooms: 1 double, two twin rooms and one single, all with air conditioning. Two bathrooms complete this floor, one of them en-suite. One of the twin bedrooms can be converted into a double using a topper, always upon prior request.
The outdoor area is certainly spacious. Both the covered terrace, fully equipped with outdoor furniture, and the huge Roman-style swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace, from which we can enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains in a completely quiet and idyllic environment, stand out. Outside, villa Hostalet has a large shady veranda with terrace furniture, an ideal place for relaxing in the shade. Views stretch across the garden, pool, the beautiful countryside, hills and pine forests to the spectacular mountains. From the covered gated terrace, ten steps lead down to the poolside area. Adjacent to the sun terrace is the private pool with roman steps.
The mature gardens have ample lawn areas. To the side of the sun terrace is a little barbeque pavilion with a brick built BBQ, traditional Majorcan sink and food preparation space. The immediate garden surrounding the sun terrace and swimming pool is enclosed with hedges. Beyond here there is neighbouring fields dotted with fruit trees. Villa Suari is situated in a tranquil countryside location just a short drive from the old town of Pollensa and the beach resort of Puerto Pollensa.
This two storey villa has been furnished in local traditional Majorcan style. The main entrance door leads into a spacious combined living/dining room with wood beamed ceiling. There are two comfortable sofas and an armchair for those who wish to relax and watch TV, and also a dining table and chairs.
From here there is a large separate kitchen furnished in dark wood and has a breakfast table and door to the rear terrace. There is a gas hob and electric oven, coffee machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.
