This attractive stone villa is set amongst mature gardens containing a variety of plants and shrubs. A lawned area surrounding the private pool provides the perfect location to relax in the sun and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.
The house shares a residential cul de sac with a handful of other villas but retains a good degree of privacy. The famous and popular old town of Pollensa is close by and there are supermarkets and a couple of bars within easy reach.
Inside, the house is traditionally furnished and decorated with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. We access the villa by the main door situated by the front terrace, that leads direct to the spacious lounge dinning. To the right a door leads to the fitted kitchen, totally equipped with all the necessary equipment in a holiday home. On this level of the house we can find one twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower.
Upstairs we find the rest of the bedrooms. They comprise of two doubles and one twin and a further full bathroom. All bedrooms have air condition units. Villa Rosa is in an ideal location, situated in a small cul-de-sac country lane less than 5 minutes drive to Pollensa old town, and less than 10 minutes drive to the resort centre of Puerto Pollensa, where all the ammenities are offered.
