Can Guillo is placed in an idyllic location, nestled into the countryside with very nice mountain views. The original Finca, which dates back more than 300 years, has been beautifully restored and is set within a 25 acre estate.
Built on two floors the property has many traditional features, inner stone walls and beamed ceilings which lend charm and character. Located off an unmade track lane, Can Guillo offers peace and tranquility with really beautiful views across the valley.
Entrance through the wooden double doors open onto the spacious open-plan dining room with two steps leading up to the lounge area which has a very original round table made from an original olive press. This area has a DVD player and Satellite TV. To the rear of the dining area and through an inner stone archway we find the traditional style kitchen. There is an electric oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Opposite the kitchen is the guests shower room/wc. The side door leads us out onto the rear terrace and pool area. The villas has internet connection WIFI.
A very special feature of this house is the drawing room with comfortable three piece suite, log fireplace and original stone wall. From here a wooden staircase leads up to the open plan double bedroom with ensuite shower room. The bedroom has wooden floors and boasts beautiful views across the countryside. From the main hall, a second staircase leads up to the rest of the accommodation, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom all of which share three bathrooms, one with a bath and the pether with a shower unit. Most of the rooms have vaulted ceilings, wooden beams and rustic artefacts.
This country house provides comfortable accommodation and is refreshingly cooler in summer mainly due to the thick walls.

Outside, villa Hostalet has a large shady veranda with terrace furniture, an ideal place for relaxing in the shade. Views stretch across the garden, pool, the beautiful countryside, hills and pine forests to the spectacular mountains. From the covered gated terrace, ten steps lead down to the poolside area. Adjacent to the sun terrace is the private pool with roman steps.
The mature gardens have ample lawn areas. To the side of the sun terrace is a little barbeque pavilion with a brick built BBQ, traditional Majorcan sink and food preparation space. The immediate garden surrounding the sun terrace and swimming pool is enclosed with hedges. Beyond here there is neighbouring fields dotted with fruit trees. ASSUMPCIO - DESCRIPTION
This attractive stone villa is set amongst mature gardens containing a variety of plants and shrubs. A lawned area surrounding the private pool provides the perfect location to relax in the sun and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.
The house shares a residential cul de sac with a handful of other villas but retains a good degree of privacy. The famous and popular old town of Pollensa is close by and there are supermarkets and a couple of bars within easy reach.
Inside, the house is traditionally furnished and decorated with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. We access the villa by the main door situated by the front terrace, that leads direct to the spacious lounge dinning. To the right a door leads to the fitted kitchen, totally equipped with all the necessary equipment in a holiday home. On this level of the house we can find one twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower.
Upstairs we find the rest of the bedrooms. They comprise of two doubles and one twin and a further full bathroom. All bedrooms have air condition units.
