ENCINAS - DESCRIPTION
Located in a beautiful oak forest (hence the name), Villa Las Encinas is just a few minutes drive from the towns of Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The house has been carefully renovated during the winter of 2019-2020, in order to modernize it and bring it in line with current standards and taste. Among the most important improvements made in the house are the interior new floors, as well as one of the bathrooms and the toilet. Contemporary modern lighting has also given more light to all spaces, including the exterior in which various atmospheres have been created to be able to enjoy the day as well as the night.
From the parking area, stone steps lead us to the terrace where the main house entrance is located. From here you access the living room, equipped with sofas where you can enjoy a movie on the impressive 65-inch screen. The smart TV is prepared with a wireless internet connection giving customers access to Amazon, Netflix and other platforms by logging into their own accounts.
From the living room an arch leads us to a hallway that communicates with the kitchen from where you can also access the covered terrace directly. The kitchen is fully equipped and you also have a nice table with 8 chairs for the days that invite you to eat indoors.
From the aforesaid hallway you can access the other rooms of the house. On the ground floor you will find two of the four bedrooms: one with a double bed and a complete bathroom en suite, and another which has twin beds. A second renovated bathroom completes this level of the house.
Stairs lead us to the upper floor where the rest of the rooms are located: one double with a bathroom and shower en suite, and another twin bedroom. The double room offers beautiful views of the Puig de Maria and Puig Tomir mountains. All rooms have air conditioning without time restrictions.
The exterior has several seated areas so that clients can enjoy different perspectives and ambiences. The main covered terrace is equipped with an outdoor table for 8 people and is the most practical since it has easy access to the kitchen and barbecue, ideal for those who wish to grill.
Passing through the double arched stone wall you enter the chillout area, with a multitude of seating areas and comforting shade during the day. Those who prefer a more peaceful atmosphere can come here to relax after dinner. The second covered terrace is adjacent to here and has a small bar and table football.
Finally, in the front part of the house, a small platform has been set up with a table and 4 chairs for those who prefer to sit in the shade of the oaks.
The rectangular pool of more than 50 m2 has roman steps, around the pool there are ample spaces for sun loungers and an area equipped for the Balinese day bed.
It should be mentioned that beside the house with direct outdoor access there is a renovated toilet with shower and the laundry.

Villa Rosa is in an ideal location, situated in a small cul-de-sac country lane less than 5 minutes drive to Pollensa old town, and less than 10 minutes drive to the resort centre of Puerto Pollensa, where all the ammenities are offered.

ASSUMPCIO - DESCRIPTION
This attractive stone villa is set amongst mature gardens containing a variety of plants and shrubs. A lawned area surrounding the private pool provides the perfect location to relax in the sun and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.
The house shares a residential cul de sac with a handful of other villas but retains a good degree of privacy. The famous and popular old town of Pollensa is close by and there are supermarkets and a couple of bars within easy reach.
Inside, the house is traditionally furnished and decorated with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. We access the villa by the main door situated by the front terrace, that leads direct to the spacious lounge dinning. To the right a door leads to the fitted kitchen, totally equipped with all the necessary equipment in a holiday home. On this level of the house we can find one twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower.
Upstairs we find the rest of the bedrooms. They comprise of two doubles and one twin and a further full bathroom. All bedrooms have air condition units. Outside there is a lovely built in bbq for those who loves making al fresco evening meals. The swimming pool is surrounded by a lawn and has steps. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
