Villa Provenza is located just 500m from the entrance to the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa. This airy villa is positioned in a good size plot and makes the most of the space with modern decking around the pool, brick-built barbecue and veranda style terrace. The villa is closed to Port Pollensa, in fact it is located within walking distance to the resort centre. The villa is all in one level and inside comprises of three good sized bedrooms, two twins and one double, one of the twins has an en suite bathroom with shower, the rest of the bedrooms share a further shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven. Hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge/freezer and other electrical cooking appliances. There a large lounge dining area with sofas, table and chairs. There is a flat screen TV with satellite, few English channels though, from the lounge French doors are opening onto the terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. This terrace has a covered pergola so you can spend lovely lunches and meals in front of the pool. Villa Oliver is a simple and comfortable holiday cottage outside Puerto Pollensa. It is a good base for a holiday, just located at the back of the main rood between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The villa is on one level and it has a nice pool and views across the mountains. Inside, the villa is simply designed and decorated with classic furniture, white walls, tiled floors and dark wood furniture. The lounge has an open fire place, satellite TV, a sofa and easy chairs. There is a new fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and a fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both sharing a full bathroom. The double bedroom has French doors opening out onto the side terrace. The villa has an extra facility such as air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the lounge dinning room. At the back of the house there is a swimming pool surrounded by hedges and views across mountains. There is a place to cook and eat outside, under the built in barbecue. The front of the house is planted with a few palm trees and oleanders. Can Oliver is a great holiday home for a small family or couples; it is close to the Puerto Pollensa beach and resort.
