Puerto Pollensa - Villa

Villa Provenza is located just 500m from the entrance to the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa. This airy villa is positioned in a good size plot and makes the most of the space with modern decking around the pool, brick-built barbecue and veranda style terrace. The villa is closed to Port Pollensa, in fact it is located within walking distance to the resort centre. The villa is all in one level and inside comprises of three good sized bedrooms, two twins and one double, one of the twins has an en suite bathroom with shower, the rest of the bedrooms share a further shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven. Hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge/freezer and other electrical cooking appliances. There a large lounge dining area with sofas, table and chairs. There is a flat screen TV with satellite, few English channels though, from the lounge French doors are opening onto the terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. This terrace has a covered pergola so you can spend lovely lunches and meals in front of the pool. Villa Barraca is a beautiful villa, surrounded by picturesque countryside and with fantastic views of the Tramuntana Mountains. A large electric gate opens onto the driveway of Villa Barraca with space to park 2 hire cars. The covered terrace leads to the front door, opening into the lounge/dining area. The open plan living room has ample space for all the family, with comfortable seating around the ornamental fireplace and flat screen TV. There is also a dining table and chairs to one side of the room and you have direct access to the covered terrace and pool area. The beamed ceilings and detailed wrought ironwork on the windows gives this room a real Spanish feel. The country-style kitchen adjoins the living room, with plenty of storage space and a small breakfast bar - perfect for enjoying a warm croissant at breakfast.
