Villa Barraca is a beautiful villa, surrounded by picturesque countryside and with fantastic views of the Tramuntana Mountains.
A large electric gate opens onto the driveway of Villa Barraca with space to park 2 hire cars. The covered terrace leads to the front door, opening into the lounge/dining area. The open plan living room has ample space for all the family, with comfortable seating around the ornamental fireplace and flat screen TV. There is also a dining table and chairs to one side of the room and you have direct access to the covered terrace and pool area. The beamed ceilings and detailed wrought ironwork on the windows gives this room a real Spanish feel. The country-style kitchen adjoins the living room, with plenty of storage space and a small breakfast bar - perfect for enjoying a warm croissant at breakfast.
The bedrooms at Villa Barraca are tastefully decorated, with a traditional touch. On the ground floor, there is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. There is a further twin bedroom upstairs, which is particularly spacious and is accessed via a staircase leading directly into the room. From here, you will also have access to a large private terrace overlooking the pool area with wonderful views of the surrounding Boquer Valley. There are also 2 separate bathrooms, both located on the ground floor.
All bedroom benefit of air conditioning / heating units which. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
The attractive outside area has a private pool and brick BBQ, as well as a spacious covered dining terrace. The pool terrace and sunbathing area is surrounded by a tiled terrace and edged with small lawn - perfect for sunbathing. Your brick BBQ is to one side of the pool with a spacious wraparound terrace adjacent. With a large table and benches, as well as a chill out seating area, this shaded space is great for relaxing away from the heat of the sun.
What is more, the beach resort of Puerto Pollensa is just 1 mile away. Whether you choose to dine along the seafront, in the square, by the marina or along the Pine Walk, you will be spoilt for choice. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
