Villa Barraca is a beautiful villa, surrounded by picturesque countryside and with fantastic views of the Tramuntana Mountains.
A large electric gate opens onto the driveway of Villa Barraca with space to park 2 hire cars. The covered terrace leads to the front door, opening into the lounge/dining area. The open plan living room has ample space for all the family, with comfortable seating around the ornamental fireplace and flat screen TV. There is also a dining table and chairs to one side of the room and you have direct access to the covered terrace and pool area. The beamed ceilings and detailed wrought ironwork on the windows gives this room a real Spanish feel. The country-style kitchen adjoins the living room, with plenty of storage space and a small breakfast bar - perfect for enjoying a warm croissant at breakfast.
The bedrooms at Villa Barraca are tastefully decorated, with a traditional touch. On the ground floor, there is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. There is a further twin bedroom upstairs, which is particularly spacious and is accessed via a staircase leading directly into the room. From here, you will also have access to a large private terrace overlooking the pool area with wonderful views of the surrounding Boquer Valley. There are also 2 separate bathrooms, both located on the ground floor.
All bedroom benefit of air conditioning / heating units which. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
The attractive outside area has a private pool and brick BBQ, as well as a spacious covered dining terrace. The pool terrace and sunbathing area is surrounded by a tiled terrace and edged with small lawn - perfect for sunbathing. Your brick BBQ is to one side of the pool with a spacious wraparound terrace adjacent. With a large table and benches, as well as a chill out seating area, this shaded space is great for relaxing away from the heat of the sun.

Set off a country lane just between the old town of Pollensa and its beach resort Port Pollensa is located our single storey villa named Fontxica.
All on one floor, villa Fontxica is an ideal family choice with good standard of fittings, including local pine furnishings and many of the owner personal touches. The welcoming lounge dining room has satellite TV, DVD player, seating area, a six seater pine dining table and a doorway opening to the rear covered terrace which has views to the swimming pool and garden area. The well fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven and a fridge/freezer as well as many other electric appliances. The relaxing master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. The attractive twin bedrooms share one full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside, there is a spacious covered veranda that overlooks the swimming pool and the pretty gardens. There is also a further shower where the washing machine is located. A very special feature is the built in barbecue area for a perfect way to finish the evenings.
Stairs are leading up to the rooftop sun terrace where you can enjoy lovely views towards the fields and the Tramuntana mountain range. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.

Villa Piedra is a nice Majorcan semi detached country house placed in the beautiful area of Boquer, very close to Port Pollensa and its beaches. The villa has been renovated as a holiday home and the work has been done with a great sensitivity to the buildings’ original design and decoration.
The great mountains at the back make a dramatic backdrop; the villa is cool and rustic with thick stone walls, high beamed ceilings, and original tiled floors. There is some beautiful antique Majorcan furniture here, some of it original to the house.
On the ground floor there is a spacious rustic lounge and dining room, which is reached by an exterior doorway. The kitchen combines traditional design with the latest fittings such as electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Double doors lead out onto the barbecue area and exterior terraces with views of the mountains beyond. One exterior full bathroom is also situated near the barbecue area.
The bedrooms are all upstairs and they consist of two twins (one of them with an en suite full bathroom) and a double bedroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. A further full bathroom completes this upper level of the villa.
The garden and pool are really well designed. Stone sun-terraces run around a rectangular pool with plants pots around it. The views from the pool area are amazing, overlooking the whole resort of Port Pollensa.
Villa Piedra is a house with lots of historic character. It is a lovely place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday with a group of friends or family. It is in a very nice countryside on Mallorca and so it also makes a good base for walking, bird-watching, sketching and cycling. The historic town of Pollensa is also just a 10-minute drive from here, and the beach and sea at Puerto Pollensa at only 10 minutes walk.
Finally, it has to be pointed out that the villa offers free Internet connection (Wi-Fi). The villa also offers a trekking/trail running circuit of 310 metres. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
