Set in the countryside between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and only a five minute drive from either, Villa Catalina Petit is a pretty one level villa that enjoys a lovely garden and pool area with lawned area and lovely covered terraces on two sides of the house.

Inside the villa is simply furnished with one double and one twin bedroom sharing a full bathroom, a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and the lounge/dining area with satellite TV & DVD. All the windows have mosquito screens.

There is an outside utility room with washing machine and a built in barbecue. The swimming pool is an L shaped one and there is plenty of room to sunbathe and enjoy the excellent views to the Tramuntana mountains. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
