Situated in the delightful area of La Font between Pollensa Old Town and Puerto Pollensa, this stone clad farmhouse is ideal for a family holiday.
Sergi is a lovely Mallorcan villa set in mature gardens. From the main entrance there is a large characterful open plan lounge and dining area including a decorative fireplace, comfortable seating, Satellite TV and for dining a large wooden table and chairs.
On the other side of the entrance there is a fully open fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob and microwave. There is also a separate utility area outside for the washing machine.
Behind the lounge, a large stone archway leads through to a passageway and to two attractive twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and A/C, both sharing a full bath/shower room.
Upstairs there is a master double ensuite bedroom (with a full en-suite bathroom and dressing area), as well as a mezzanine floor level with comfortable chairs. All bedroom have air conditioning (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 07:00 AM – these times cannot be extended and/or changed). Must pint out that the villa has central heating for the coller moneths of the year.
Outside the large swimming pool (10 x 5 mts.) with roman steps is set in well maintained gardens and mature trees. There is both a covered dining terrace and open terrace. Table tennis table and pool towels are also provided

This traditional, rustic style Mallorcan house is ideally situated on the outskirts of the town of Pollensa, affording lovely mountain views but within walking distance to the shops and centre of the town.
There is a nice outside terrace and patio garden from which to enjoy the mountain views towards the valley of Ternelles.
On the ground floor there are two lounge areas, one with satellite TV and DVD, and another separate seating area. The owners have kept many original features including stone flooring in most of the ground floor. The kitchen has vitroceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine is located outside.
At first floor level all the bedrooms are located. There are two twin bedrooms and one double room sharing one full bathroom and one shower room with toilet. There is a further shower room with toilet outside by the barbecue. For 2025 the bedrooms will have ceiling fans.
The outside pool area has a covered terrace and a built-in barbecue with sink area for those who enjoy al fresco dining. The pool itself is an usual triangular shape. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
