Very conveniently located on the outskirts of Pollenca within an easy walk to main square where you will find many Tapas bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. It is hard to believe that you are only a few minutes’ drive from the cosmopolitan Puerto Pollensa with its miles long sandy beaches. As well the crystal sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente are just a short drive of the villa.
Furnished throughout to a good standard, all the rooms are spacious, light and airy and kept cool during the hot summer months by thick walls. On entering is the spacious living/dining room with smart TV, air condition unit and a comfortable sofa seating area. To the left of the lounge a door gives us access to the separate fitted kitchen which has a door that leads to the covered barbecue area where there is a nice table with benches and chairs, there is also a door to the exterior pool area. The fitted kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and electric oven and hob. The washing machine is housed in an external laundry room. To the right of the lounge we find two attractive bedrooms, one double and one twin that share the adjacent full bath/shower room. Upstairs there is a further twin bedroom with door to a terrace and a full en suite bath/shower room. All bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
The pretty and well-maintained gardens have spacious furnished sun terraces surrounding the 8 mts mosaic tiled swimming pool with Roman steps. The covered BBQ terrace overlooks the lawn area where there is plenty of room for children to play.

Villa Magdalena is a beautiful, countryside villa just outside the old town of Pollensa. Designed to resemble a cottage, you will feel right at home. It is nestled within lush, green countryside, with gently sloping hills in the background, giving it that hideaway vibe.
The swimming pool has major appeal here, somewhere to cool off from the midday rays. There is an outdoor dining area too, the perfect spot to enjoy the warm evenings of the Majorcan summer.
Inside, the villa looks like a traditional Majorcan home, with wooden furniture and Spanish plates on the wall. The décor is white, the floor tiles are terracotta, the linens are natural. With three bedrooms, the villa is for six people.
Upon entering the villa there is a lounge dining area, a corridor gives us access to the separate fitted kitchen and to the sleeping area, the bedrooms comprise of three twins, one of them has an en suite bathroom with shower, the rest share another bathroom with a bath.
