This charming stone farmhouse lies in the peace and tranquillity of the beautiful Mallorcan countryside not far from Pollensa and just a short drive from the glorious coastline. Surrounded by magnificent views, it is a villa full of Mallorcan charm and character with its beamed ceilings, rustic tiled floors and open stone walls.
Swathed in colourful flowers, the private entrance opens onto a long unmade driveway leading to the villa and its ample parking area. Inside, the fitted kitchen features low beamed ceilings, and a double sink, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, glass ceramic hob and an electric oven plus a walk-in pantry.
The spacious lounge dining area boasts tasteful wood furniture, paintings and decorative Mallorcan plates and ceramics. From the lounge, stairs lead up to the sleeping area; the bedrooms consist of two twins and one double, all sharing a full bathroom.
At the front of the villa is a large front terrace decorated with a vineyard pergola from where you can appreciate the lovely rural setting of the villa. To the side of the villa there is a built in barbecue plus a wood burning oven housed under a cool covered terrace and a further shower room.
The beautifully kept lawn offers plenty of opportunity for sunbathing and the lovely pool overlooking the unspoilt countryside.

This traditional, rustic style Mallorcan house is ideally situated on the outskirts of the town of Pollensa, affording lovely mountain views but within walking distance to the shops and centre of the town.
There is a nice outside terrace and patio garden from which to enjoy the mountain views towards the valley of Ternelles.
On the ground floor there are two lounge areas, one with satellite TV and DVD, and another separate seating area. The owners have kept many original features including stone flooring in most of the ground floor. The kitchen has vitroceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine is located outside.
At first floor level all the bedrooms are located. There are two twin bedrooms and one double room sharing one full bathroom and one shower room with toilet. There is a further shower room with toilet outside by the barbecue. For 2025 the bedrooms will have ceiling fans.
The outside pool area has a covered terrace and a built-in barbecue with sink area for those who enjoy al fresco dining. The pool itself is an usual triangular shape. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.

Gorgeous villa, the pool is to die for. We spent lots of time swimming and eating on the terrace. Ideal for a familygroup looking for somewhere peaceful but close to the amenities of Pollenca and lots of stunning beaches within 10 minute drive.

The only downside was the irratic arrival of the cleaning staff to change towels and the pool guy arriving an hour before we were supposed to check out which ruined our plans of a final last swim. Also as we stayed in the villa for 2 weeks it would hsee more

Also with the cleaning , you should have had cleaned bathrooms and floors during your stay, again I will find out waht happened , I hope these two negative issues had not given a bad impact of the holidays and our service. Hi. Pollenca is a beautiful area to stay in Majorque between sea and mountains. The house is nicely set in a quiet and beautiful area with nice surroundings garden and pool. The pool is not warmed so although we hoped to enjoy it in October it is really too cold to do that. The inside of the house is rather simple and practical but don’t expect state of the art kitchen , bathroombeds . Overall we have a good experience and the host was super easy to reach and talk to. For us, it is ok for a short stay (because not super confortable) at least in the fall season where you spend more time inside the house then outside. For the summer this would be a wonderful house to stay in with perfect localisation.

Équipement de cuisine correcte avec tout le nécessaire. Cuisine extérieure sympa avec barbecue. Très grande réactivité de l'agence lorsque nous avons découvert un nid de guêpes. Nous avons fait un mail en arrivant et le lendemain le propriétaire est passé pour le retirer. Nous avons également apprécié que les draps et serviettes de toilettes soient inclus avec changement en cours de séjour. Nous recommandons cette location.
