Villa Las Porqueres is a charming house that has been tastefully decorated and furnished into a most comfortable holiday home with lots of character. Set in the pretty Valley of Son March, near Pollensa, the property is surrounded by great views of the surrounding Tramontana mountain range.
The villa has a private kidney shaped swimming pool with a sun terrace and mature gardens with some lawned areas, making the villa an ideal holiday home in an idyllic setting. There is also a built in barbecue for those who like to cook al fresco meals, and a lovely shaded terrace where to enjoy the meal while taking in the beautiful setting.
On entering the house you will find it all on one level, with cool tiled floors throughout. This pretty interior combines a blend of traditional period furniture with stylish modern touches. The main entrance under the front shaded terrace leads straight to the lounge dining area, equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. From the dining area a door gives access to the well fitted kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas hob and a fridge/freezer.
There is a door that leads from the kitchen straight to the back terrace and a small utility room where the washing machine is located.
The sleeping area comprises of two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and a double bedroom with an en suite full bathroom. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, built in wardrobes and one of the twin bedrooms has a DVD and a TV (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 8:00 PM to 06:00 AM these times cannot be extended and/or changed). THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

This traditional, rustic style Mallorcan house is ideally situated on the outskirts of the town of Pollensa, affording lovely mountain views but within walking distance to the shops and centre of the town.
There is a nice outside terrace and patio garden from which to enjoy the mountain views towards the valley of Ternelles.
On the ground floor there are two lounge areas, one with satellite TV and DVD, and another separate seating area. The owners have kept many original features including stone flooring in most of the ground floor. The kitchen has vitroceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine is located outside.
At first floor level all the bedrooms are located. There are two twin bedrooms and one double room sharing one full bathroom and one shower room with toilet. There is a further shower room with toilet outside by the barbecue. For 2025 the bedrooms will have ceiling fans.
The outside pool area has a covered terrace and a built-in barbecue with sink area for those who enjoy al fresco dining. The pool itself is an usual triangular shape. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
