Description
        We are happy to offer Villa Papa, a splendid Majorcan house located in a privileged enclave. Restored with care and attention, it has been able to perfectly combine tradition and modernity.
Located in a beautiful spot with the always majestic mountains of the Serra de Tramontana as a backdrop, the property is halfway between the picturesque town of Pollensa, the popular bay of Puerto de Pollensa, and that little gem that is Cala San Vicente (a residential area with two small coves with crystal clear turquoise waters crowned under the watchful eye of the Cavall Bernat – an impressive mountain with a vertical drop of more than 350 meters that goes several kilometres into the sea).
A large wrought iron gate welcomes us to the very spacious parking area and its well-kept gardens of palm trees and fruit trees.
The main entrance first shows us with a spacious dining room, followed by a comfortable living room and a modern open kitchen. The conservation of old traditional elements such as exposed stone walls, arches and wooden beams contrasts with the avant-garde decoration, the judicious selection of neutral colours on walls and floors, and intelligent lighting.
The dining room has a large table with capacity for 12 people and is equipped with air conditioning.
The comfortable living room, in front of a huge Smart TV, also has air conditioning.
Otherwise, the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and a large American-style fridge-freezer. A door gives access to the back of the house from the kitchen, where there is a generously sized built-in barbecue and a huge pergola, ideal for having delicious outdoor meals.
The ground floor is completed by a small reading area and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. This room has a double bed by default, although it can be adapted to a twin bedroom.
The other rooms are on the upper floor. After going up the stairs there is a hall where, on the right hand side, we find a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and on the left hand side there is a long corridor with the rest of the rooms distributed on both sides. Specifically, there is, to the left of the corridor, a twin room and another at the back that can be both double or twin. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. Otherwise, on the right of the corridor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first one can be both a double room or a twin, while the one located further back is a double room. It should be noted that all bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
In summary, there is one double bedroom, two twins and three of them, always by request and in advance, can be double or twins.
As for the exterior, apart from the previously mentioned barbecue area and terrace which is perfect for outdoor meals, we find a huge 10 x 6 metre pool equipped with built-in steps to facilitate the access for both adults and children. The pool is surrounded by sunbeds provided with pool towels, a fabulous Balinese bed, a beautiful garden area with grass and hedges, wonderful views of the mountains, and a covered terrace with a chill-out area where you can disconnect and enjoy a more than deserved vacation. There is also an attached room where the laundry is located, as well as a toilet to avoid entering the house if you have just left a refreshing time swimming.
But the outdoor area still offers much more. Next to the main entrance of the house, on your left, there is a covered area with a table tennis table. Next to it, a second chill out area, with views of a charming and cosy orchard of fruit trees. And, finally, the little gem that will delight young and old alike: an annex dedicated to sports and leisure. It includes a fantastic pool table, an exercise bike, an elliptical bike, a football table and another Smart TV. And, as if this were not enough, an air conditioning unit.
Finally, it should be noted that the house has a free Wi-Fi connection, with several repeaters strategically placed to have Internet access in the rooms, in the pool area, on the terraces, and in the leisure area.

                Jaume Ramona is an old Mallorcan house located in the Colonya Valley, a beautiful place surrounded by mountains and centuries-old olive fields and other native Majorcan trees. The house is accessed from the town of Pollensa and runs along a narrow road that skirts different farms, among several historical posesiones (Manor Homes).
 
 The house has been carefully renovated during the winter of 2019-2020, with special emphasis on the conservation of old traditional elements such as exposed stone walls and wooden beams on the ceilings, while the interiors now have a more current and modern character. Some of the most important improvements which should be mentioned are the newly tiled floors, the renovated kitchen and bathrooms as well as the addition of a fifth bathroom. New lighting has also given a more modern ambience to all spaces.
 
 
 As you enter into the center of the house there is a spacious dining room with traditional walls and lighting, a place from which you can access the fully equipped kitchen that still preserves the old fireplace (currently disabled) typical of old Majorcan houses.
 
 On the ground floor we also have a spacious leisure room where you can play table football or sit on the large comfortable sofa with a chaise longue to enjoy movies on the impressive 65-inch screen. The smart TV is prepared with a wireless internet connection so that customers can enjoy their Amazon, Netflix and other platforms accounts.
 
 From the dining room you can also pass through an interior stone arch where you will access the ground floor double bedroom which is adjacent to a full bathroom.
 
 To the left of the main entrance you will also find a staircase that leads you to the upper floor where the other rooms are located: two twins that share a full bathroom, another double with its an en-suite bathroom and two more twin rooms, which share another bathroom.
 It should be noted that the house has various configurations for beds, it is possible to convert some of twin rooms into doubles, (always on prior request) allowing the house to have 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms.
 
 Outside we find spacious terraces with various ambiences in which to enjoy outdoor dining during the hot summer months or where we can also enjoy an appetizer or a few drinks sitting in one of the two chill out areas while contemplating the beautiful views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. On one side of the terrace you will also find a covered barbecue area with a fridge which is ideal for those who love grills.
 
 The terrace has also been expanded in the pool area to have more space for sunbeds and to have an area to enjoy a good rest on the Balinese day bed. The pool, which has Roman steps, has also been completely renovated and retiled.
 
 The exterior also has a newly restored bathroom (the fifth) so to be used without having to access the interior of the house as well as a laundry room with racks to store bikes.
 
 Finally, it should be noted that the house has a free Internet connection via Wi-Fi (with several repeaters to have internet in all rooms) and pool towels. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
