Finca Can Puig is a fully renovated 4 bedroom country villa located in an exclusive area of Pollensa. In the months outside of June to September the exterior en suite bedroom is locked, making it a 3 bedroom property. Therefore during the months of June, July, August and September the property sleeps 8 people.
Located in the rolling hills between Pollensa and the centre of the island, Finca Can Puig is the ideal holiday abode for those looking for a slice of Mediterranean paradise; sun, seclusion and salt water swimming pool.
Having recently undergone a thorough renovation, Finca Can Puig’s ambience is just what you expect for a luxurious Mallorcan villa; bright, airy and inviting - the perfect place to unwind and get that important R&R time you deserve.
Entering the house, you’ll be greeted by a chic, understated hallway which leads to straight through into the impressive lounge area, which with it’s double ceiling rightfully forms the heart of the wonderful villa. To your left is the comprehensive kitchen and dining room where you’ll find everything you need to prepare meals when you need a breather from Pollensa’s fantastic restaurants.
The first of the bedrooms in the main house is to the right of the front door and features an en suite as well as being stair-free. Upstairs there are two more large double bedrooms with generous en suites and views out in to the Mallorcan countryside.
The villa has several terraces around it’s perimeter - the kitchen has access to a covered dining area and the swimming pool and surrounding patio are just beyond. To the rear of the house (south-east orientated) you’ll find a covered chill out area and stairs leading to a second, elevated terrace as well as a top level terrace on the roof.
To the right of the chill out area you’ll notice a door - here you’ll find the fourth and last bedroom which also enjoys an en suite and is independent from the rest of the property.
Also to the rear of the property is a large lawn ideal for child’s play, and beside the pool is another covered outdoor lounge area, as well as the barbecue for outdoor cooking. Just beyond this area is natural land, where you can wander among the orange and lemon groves and enjoy the delightful aroma.
If you can manage to pull yourself away from the peace and tranquillity of Finca Can Puig, then you're well placed to explore the local area, including the nearby Pollensa golf course. Both the historic town of Pollensa and popular beach resort of Puerto Pollensa are within easy reach. Between them they cater for everyone. You can be shopping in small alleyways and enjoying coffee shops in the morning, and enjoying one of the many water sports on offer locally in the afternoon.
Finca Can Puig is the ideal retreat for large families and groups who want to explore the north of the island while enjoying the luxury and privacy offered by a top class country home.

Villa Magdalena is a beautiful, countryside villa just outside the old town of Pollensa. Designed to resemble a cottage, you will feel right at home. It is nestled within lush, green countryside, with gently sloping hills in the background, giving it that hideaway vibe. The swimming pool has major appeal here, somewhere to cool off from the midday rays. There is an outdoor dining area too, the perfect spot to enjoy the warm evenings of the Majorcan summer. Inside, the villa looks like a traditional Majorcan home, with wooden furniture and Spanish plates on the wall. The décor is white, the floor tiles are terracotta, the linens are natural. With three bedrooms, the villa is for six people. Upon entering the villa there is a lounge dining area, a corridor gives us access to the separate fitted kitchen and to the sleeping area, the bedrooms comprise of three twins, one of them has an en suite bathroom with shower, the rest share another bathroom with a bath. Tucked away in the Northern tip of Mallorca, a really good point of this villa is that it is just 950 mts. away from Pollensa’s main square. The Old Town of Pollensa has Roman historical buildings (including an Old Medieval monastery and an ancient Roman bridge), and a big choice of shops and restaurants. The villa is beautiful, rustic but modern and comfortable. The company that manages this property were extremely helpful - even getting someone out to look at electrics within 10 mins at 11.30pm !! highly recommended.
