Set in the countryside between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and only a five minute drive from either, Villa Catalina Petit is a pretty one level villa that enjoys a lovely garden and pool area with lawned area and lovely covered terraces on two sides of the house.
Inside the villa is simply furnished with one double and one twin bedroom sharing a full bathroom, a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and the lounge/dining area with satellite TV & DVD. All the windows have mosquito screens.
There is an outside utility room with washing machine and a built in barbecue. The swimming pool is an L shaped one and there is plenty of room to sunbathe and enjoy the excellent views to the Tramuntana mountains. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

Can Tolo is a completely recently remodeled four people villa placed in a country lane in the near of the area of Puerto Pollensa, in the North of Mallorca. The villa is characterized for the calm of the area where it is placed in, being suitable for all these people and/or families that are looking for peaceful holidays. However, the beach is just four kilometer far, as well as the main local areas of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The house is decorated in traditional Mallorquin style, with a predominance of wood and stone. A large dinning room leads to a very well equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms are spacious, and between them there is placed the bathroom. The outside terrace with its stone pillars is perfect for having a rest in the shadow or for having a pleasent reading. In the outside area, apart from the private swimming-pool, there is a barbecue are with table and chairs to enjoy your own cooked meals. The villa is set in a really pretty, well maintained garden with plenty of comfortable seating areas for each time of day - perfect for the sort of holiday we were after with sunbeds and a great barbeque area. The pool was clean and welcome in the summer heat. Inside there was plenty of linen and towels and it was very clean and well equipped. The villa was in a great location with lovely views of the hills and the tinkle of goat bells, yet it was only a short drive to the supermarkets, local towns and beaches at Muro and Cala St Vincente. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Quiet location which is what we wanted but it is also not that far from shops and other amenities. The house had everything we needed and had lots of space. Rooms were a great size and it was very good value for money.
