The spacious living/dining room has beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors affording a cooling and relaxing summer ambience. An attractive lounge area has a comfortable seating area with Satellite TV and DVD player. To the rear of the dining area an inner stone archway leads through to a separate seating area with guest cloakroom. The well fitted kitchen has many modern amenities including dishwasher, fridge/freezer and electric oven/gas hob. The exterior utility room houses the washing machine complete with ironing board. The superior master double bedroom has teak fitted wardrobes and full en-suite bath/shower room. Two attractive twin bedrooms are also with teak fitted wardrobes and share one full family bath/shower room. In addition, all bedrooms benefit of air-conditioning.

This traditional, rustic style Mallorcan house is ideally situated on the outskirts of the town of Pollensa, affording lovely mountain views but within walking distance to the shops and centre of the town.
There is a nice outside terrace and patio garden from which to enjoy the mountain views towards the valley of Ternelles.
On the ground floor there are two lounge areas, one with satellite TV and DVD, and another separate seating area. The owners have kept many original features including stone flooring in most of the ground floor. The kitchen has vitroceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine is located outside.
At first floor level all the bedrooms are located. There are two twin bedrooms and one double room sharing one full bathroom and one shower room with toilet. There is a further shower room with toilet outside by the barbecue. For 2025 the bedrooms will have ceiling fans.
The outside pool area has a covered terrace and a built-in barbecue with sink area for those who enjoy al fresco dining. The pool itself is an usual triangular shape. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.

Villa Can Pascol is a 250 years old countryside house, this villa has been recently refurbished by the owners who have retained so many original features, artefacts and stone walls which gives a lot of character and charm. The natural and rustic ambience that has been retained, and modern requirements provides a comfortable home for a total relaxing holiday.
The entrance to the villa is from the front terrace through double studded wooden doors which opens into a spacious living room with its partially stone wall, beamed ceilings and terracotta floor tiles giving a cosy feel and a comfortable atmosphere complimented with satellite TV. A stone inner archway leads through to a separate dining area with doors giving access to the rear terrace. To the left of the lounge there is a hall way that leads to the garage and to a small shower room. To the left of the dining area we can find a spacious modern kitchen totally equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob and a dishwasher.
From the lounge area stairs leads up to the sleeping area, the bedrooms are comprised of two double and one twin sharing a full bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted bathrooms and windows overlooking the spectacular mountains of the rear of the house.
Outside, the concrete swimming pool is filled with spring water and has fantastic views over the mountains and woods.
This villa is ideal for those who wish to have a relaxing holiday surrounded by natural gardens in a very rural area near the mountains and away from all tourist amenities.
Finally, we should highlight that this villa offers free internet connection (Wi-fi). THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
