Villa Butxaco is a beautiful restored Mallorcan farmhouse full of charm and character, located just outside Pollensa old town. Great attention and patience has been made to retain so many original features, artefacts, interior stone walls and beamed ceilings. From the front terrace the Oak studded doorway opens into this beautiful farmhouse. The spacious living/dining room has beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors affording a cooling and relaxing summer ambience. An attractive lounge area has a comfortable seating area with Satellite TV and DVD player. To the rear of the dining area an inner stone archway leads through to a separate seating area with guest cloakroom. The well fitted kitchen has many modern amenities including dishwasher, fridge/freezer and electric oven/gas hob. The exterior utility room houses the washing machine complete with ironing board. The superior master double bedroom has teak fitted wardrobes and full en-suite bath/shower room. Two attractive twin bedrooms are also with teak fitted wardrobes and share one full family bath/shower room. In addition, all bedrooms benefit of air-conditioning.

Villa Magdalena is a beautiful, countryside villa just outside the old town of Pollensa. Designed to resemble a cottage, you will feel right at home. It is nestled within lush, green countryside, with gently sloping hills in the background, giving it that hideaway vibe. The swimming pool has major appeal here, somewhere to cool off from the midday rays. There is an outdoor dining area too, the perfect spot to enjoy the warm evenings of the Majorcan summer. Inside, the villa looks like a traditional Majorcan home, with wooden furniture and Spanish plates on the wall. The décor is white, the floor tiles are terracotta, the linens are natural. With three bedrooms, the villa is for six people. Upon entering the villa there is a lounge dining area, a corridor gives us access to the separate fitted kitchen and to the sleeping area, the bedrooms comprise of three twins, one of them has an en suite bathroom with shower, the rest share another bathroom with a bath. Tucked away in the Northern tip of Mallorca, a really good point of this villa is that it is just 950 mts. away from Pollensa’s main square. The Old Town of Pollensa has Roman historical buildings (including an Old Medieval monastery and an ancient Roman bridge), and a big choice of shops and restaurants.
