A stunning location, villa Angels is set in the country side and within walking distance to Pollensa old town. It has a large garden with grass that surrounds the large swimming pool. This comfortable 3 bedroomed villa is within walking distance of the old town of Pollensa, with a great selection of traditional Spanish restaurants, cafes and shops. Beach lovers won't have to go too far, as the sandy bay from Puerto Pollensa is only a short drive away by car or bicycle, as well as a number of other great beaches. Shops, markets, golf courses, a water park, plus various attractions and sightseeing opportunities are also within easy reach.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with twin beds and en suite bathroom, and a double bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms on the first floor have fantastic views of the surroundings and plenty of light as well as fitted wardrobes.
The interior of the property is light and airy, and it is decorated with the ideal balance of contemporary and traditional. The living room has comfortable sofas, television and an ornamental fire place. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped, and also has a dining table and chairs for a hearty breakfast. From the kitchen, patio doors open onto the rear terrace. We must say that the split in the lounge is only for heating during the months of law season.
