Pollensa - Villa

Villa Hostalet is set in a spacious and enchanted garden and boasts country views. The villa provides air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms. The villa is split in three levels.

The kitchen is a traditional one with wooden beamed ceilings. Off the kitchen is a shower room plus a utility room containing a pantry. The kitchen has views across the gardens to the pine forests and spectacular mountains and also access to the lounge and dining area, plus direct access out onto the covered terrace.

Back into the entrance hall, directly ahead, double doors lead into the lounge/dining room. The lounge area has an open fireplace with beamed ceilings and access leading onto the large L shaped covered terrace. To the left of the entrance hall pass up a couple of steps to one level, then a couple more steps to the hallway of the first floor. To the left is the staircase taking you up to the second floor. Straight ahead there is a bathroom which is shared by two bedrooms on the right, the first of which is the master double bedroom with private balcony, the second a twin bedroom. Both have built in wardrobes and beamed ceilings plus magnificent views.

Continuing up the staircase to the second floor where there are views from the landing over the golf course to the Monastery on the top of the Puig de Maria. On this floor there is a bathroom and two twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes. All bedrooms are air conditioned/heated at no extra cost.

Outside, villa Hostalet has a large shady veranda with terrace furniture, an ideal place for relaxing in the shade. Views stretch across the garden, pool, the beautiful countryside, hills and pine forests to the spectacular mountains. From the covered gated terrace, ten steps lead down to the poolside area. Adjacent to the sun terrace is the private pool with roman steps.

The mature gardens have ample lawn areas. To the side of the sun terrace is a little barbeque pavilion with a brick built BBQ, traditional Majorcan sink and food preparation space. The immediate garden surrounding the sun terrace and swimming pool is enclosed with hedges. Beyond here there is neighbouring fields dotted with fruit trees. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.

ASSUMPCIO - DESCRIPTION

This attractive stone villa is set amongst mature gardens containing a variety of plants and shrubs. A lawned area surrounding the private pool provides the perfect location to relax in the sun and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.

The house shares a residential cul de sac with a handful of other villas but retains a good degree of privacy. The famous and popular old town of Pollensa is close by and there are supermarkets and a couple of bars within easy reach.

Inside, the house is traditionally furnished and decorated with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. We access the villa by the main door situated by the front terrace, that leads direct to the spacious lounge dinning. To the right a door leads to the fitted kitchen, totally equipped with all the necessary equipment in a holiday home. On this level of the house we can find one twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower.

Upstairs we find the rest of the bedrooms. They comprise of two doubles and one twin and a further full bathroom. All bedrooms have air condition units. Outside there is a lovely built in bbq for those who loves making al fresco evening meals. The swimming pool is surrounded by a lawn and has steps. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
